My first role was Director of Operations for an independent company who I helped to grow and become an extremely successful franchise. My next role was as VP of Sales and Marketing, assisting agents across the company ensure they could be successful in creating great relationships with clients.

Kevin is a graduate of Londonderry High School and Merrimack College, in addition to holding two graduate degrees.  He is the proud parent of four, furry, four legged children; three of which he has adopted through rescue organizations.  Abbie is the sweetest southern belle from Tennessee, Aiden is from Arkansas and so he has bit of a twang in his bark, Jackson is from Georgia and despite his 100 lbs, is the youngest and the “baby” of the family, and last but not least Wally who is the most spoiled of the bunch and insists on sleeping under the covers every night.

Tracey has a background as a CPA and in addition to a full time career as a real estate agent, she is also the owner of and designer for a successful retail boutique in Boston. Growing up she was involved with her family's real estate development and interior design firms in Pennsylvania, through which she developed her passion for real estate as both an investment and a lifestyle. Tracey's comfort with the financial and analytical side of the real estate industry, as well as the customer service side, helps her bring tremendous value to buyers and sellers. 

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has lived in various parts of the country, but has called the Boston area home for over ten years. Tracey considers the Newburyport area to be one of the most beautiful and vibrant places she has ever lived, anywhere in the country. 

A lover of antique houses, Tracey lives with her husband and two young children in a Victorian farmhouse in the small village of Byfield within Newbury.

Servicing Buyers and Sellers came naturally to me, my prior career was retail management for Marshall’s. One of my earliest opportunities was servicing  Freddie Mac ROE properties. Having the ability to incorporate my prior business experiences and my passion for Real Estate was a perfect match for my skills, with plenty of detail work and dealings with the corporate world.

Reinventing myself is something I have much success with.  I focused my Real Estate career  working with Buyers and Sellers in the Newburyport Market and was a top agent for many years. The challenge of finding the right house for a specific Buyer or assisting a Seller to position themselves to obtain the highest and best price was something I loved to do.

In 2012 I took a position to be a trainer, mentor and transaction coordinator and worked for a few agents but one agent used much of my time and resources, Robert Bentley. With sales of 31.2 million dollars in 2013 Robert knew he had to build a Team and he did. My new position of team manager officially started in January 2014, quickly we had five team members plus Robert. Mentoring new agents is something I enjoy and seeing their successes is personally rewarding.

May 2016, Robert Bentley and Alissa Christie formed BENTLEY’S, an ultra modern Real Estate company, my position changed from Team Manager to managing every aspect of running a successful Real Estate company. My commitment has never changed or my passion to see a NEW agent accomplish success with their career. My favorite saying is “what can I do to make you day better today?”

Specializing in CRM implementation and maintenance, marketing & video software, and overall sales support across various industries. Duncan is also licensed real estate agent and Notary Public in Massachusetts.


Before entering the corporate workforce, he was a police officer and is a United States Air Force Veteran, and graduated from The University of Massachusetts – Lowell. Duncan is the 2016 “Editors Choice Award” recipient as voted by readers and editorial staff for The Merrimack Valley publication “The Valley Patriot”. Duncan is originally from The North Shore but now calls The Merrimack Valley home with his wife and two children.

Living on the North Shore of Boston for my entire life, I am very fortunate to call the Seacoast area home for the past 13 years!

During my career as a Real Estate paralegal, I have been involved in many aspects of the industry.  For several years, I was affiliated with Property Management, as well as Landlord Tenant issues.

I have worked for a firm that represented Lenders in trying to sort out the foreclosure debacle.  Watching so many families losing their homes for one reason or another, has helped me to develop a true appreciation for what it means to be a homeowner, and just what the decision and responsibility of owning a home entails.
